How do I set up a payment schedule?

Within the online billing portal, (PAY.USACSBILL.COM), you can set up interest-free payment plans. To set up a payment plan, follow the instructions below.

Set up a payment plan:

  1. Open the Welcome page via digital payment link or on PAY.USACSBILL.COM.
  2. Click Start a payment plan.
  3. Select monthly or biweekly payment cadence.
  4. Select the length of the payment plan.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Select plan start date.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Select payment method.
  9. Provide billing details.
  10. Click Review and pay.
  11. Select the checkbox to agree to the payment plan terms and conditions.
  12. Click Create plan.
