How do I update my billing notifications?

Initial billing notification type and preferences will vary depending on the information PAY.USACSBILL.COM has on file for you. To update your notification preferences, follow the instructions below.

  1. Navigate to PAY.USACSBILL.COM via digital payment link or paper statement.
  2. Click your first initial in the top right corner.
  3. Click My account.
  4. Toggle notification paths on or off as preferred.

At least one notification method must be enabled at all times. This is to ensure that US Acute Care Solutions can get in contact with you regarding important information about your bills.
